Bachelors degree, required, degree with a focus in Accounting/Taxation, preferred
MST/MBT preferred
Experience:
3+ years of recent experience, with a focus on audit and/or transaction advisory
Previous experience with acquisitions, divestitures, and/or financial due diligence
Strong knowledge of GAAP, with experience analyzing financial statements and projections
License/Certifications:
CPA (or international equivalent) preferred
Software:
Proficient in the use of, Excel and PowerPoint, including financial modeling

Strong verbal and written communications skills
Aptitude for creatively solving problems and fixing things through critical and outside the box thinking
Solid organizational skills, especially ability to meet project deadlines with a focus on details
Capable of successfully multi-tasking while working within independently or within a team environment

Your mission
Participate in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements with both private equity and strategic corporate buyers
Perform quality of earnings
Analyze the financial operations of the target companies and identify issues that may impact the purchase price
Understand and evaluate financial and operational trends of target companies
Communicate due diligence findings in a formal report
Interact with the other functional areas of the practice including tax, audit, and other consulting practices
Maintain active communication with clients to manage their expectations, ensure client satisfaction, and make sure both firm and client deadlines are met
